(**) - In some countries and locations in Africa, due to logistical and supply problems, deliveries may only be possible 48 hours after confirmation of your payment. Check with our operators if you have any doubts.

Important comments:

1) Only after payment is confirmed (click here to see the payment methods) does Floraweb begin the delivery process. For credit card payments, approval is in real time. When paying by bank slip (boleto), the bank may take up to 3 business days to inform Floraweb that payment has been made. For deposits and/or transfers (ATM deposits may also take up to 3 business days to be confirmed), the receipt must be sent to Floraweb at pagamentos@floraweb.com.br.

2) Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and local holidays are subject to confirmation in the destination area. Weekday deliveries are made during business hours, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Please note, we cannot schedule specific delivery times, as they depend on external factors beyond our control.

3) Deliveries to hotels, lodgings, etc. are made during business hours, either in the morning (8:00 AM to 1:00 PM) or in the afternoon (1:00 PM to 6:00 PM), Monday through Saturday. You must provide the name under which the reservation was made and the names of any accompanying guests. Floraweb does not have access to hotel rooms, so flowers will be left at reception to be handed to the recipient. From the moment the flowers are left at the hotel reception, the responsibility passes to the hotel, exempting Floraweb from any compensation due to non-delivery in the event of a mismatch.

4) On special dates, such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, confirmation is required 1 day in advance for orders to Brazil and 2 days in advance for orders abroad, in addition to the normal deadlines in the table above.

5) For orders from R$350.00 and up, shipping is free; for orders below that amount, a flat delivery fee applies. We also include a complimentary message of up to 175 characters to send to the recipient.

6) When sending flowers anywhere in the world, we reserve the right to substitute the product with one of equal or higher value if the requested item is unavailable on the scheduled delivery date. Please understand that substitutions are sometimes necessary to ensure on‑time delivery. Also note that all product images are studio photos, so the actual item delivered may differ from the picture (changes may occur due to availability, seasonality/weather, or even local practices), but the total value of the delivered product will be equal to or greater than the purchase amount. In short, the quantity or quality will match the value purchased, though packaging and colors may vary—we will do our best to keep the chosen color.
For example, when your order is routed to one of our local florists, we may find that you ordered lilies for delivery on date X, but the local florist serving the recipient’s area does not have lilies for that date, and the flowers are meant to celebrate a birthday. Should we reschedule the order for delivery on date Y? Or should we substitute lilies with other flowers of equal value and deliver on date X? We always prefer the latter so the birthday person receives the flowers on their birthday. We can’t always reach the customer who placed the order, and waiting for a reply can result in the order not being delivered on the specified date.

7) We will not cancel and/or refund the amount paid in the event of:
- The address provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate;
- The recipient is not available at the time of delivery and/or there is no one able to receive the flowers or baskets at the place of delivery;
- If the recipient is not at the address specified, the flowers or baskets are left with a neighbor, doorman, door of the address provided or similar at the place of delivery;
- The recipient refuses to accept the flowers or baskets.

8) Deliveries of funeral flower arrangements or wreaths abroad are also complex and delicate, given the family’s time of grief.
These items are usually delivered to funeral homes, churches, temples, mosques, synagogues, crematoriums, or cemeteries. In such places, funeral flowers can be mixed with others, and card messages are sometimes lost.
Floraweb is responsible for delivering to the funeral venue address as specified in the order. After that, unfortunately we cannot ensure the flowers will remain with the funeral; our service ends upon delivery at the indicated location.

9) Procedure if the recipient is not at the address provided at the time of delivery of flowers or gift baskets: in general, our florists try to contact the recipient before delivery by local phone, provided this local number was supplied by the sender in the order. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, please note it is very common practice among florists in North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania to leave the product with building staff, neighbors, or even at the recipient’s doorstep.
